The Container Corporation of India Ltd., (CONCOR), a Govt. of India Undertaking under Ministry of Railways, has contributed Rs.1 Crore towards Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Relief Fund as a token of Company’s commitment to undertake relief measures in the areas which suffered destruction caused by Hudhud Cyclonic Storm in October, 2014.
V Kalyana Rama, Executive Director, Head of South Central Region of Container Corporation of India Ltd., Secunderabad called on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu at CM’s office on Monday and handed over a cheque of Rs.1 Crore.
The Container Corporation of India Ltd., has also conveyed its commitment for rebuilding of infrastructure in the cyclone affected areas such as Schools, Health care Centres for which relevant State Government agencies may approach the company with specific proposals. (INN)
