New Delhi, April 20: A compounder was arrested here for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old girl here, police said today.
Ram Avtar (28) was apprehended from Dabri last evening.
The victim had gone to a nearby clinic along with her mother when the incident took place.
“Ram Avtar told them that the doctor has gone to see some patients outside. He asked the victim’s mother to buy some medicines. When the victim’s mother left, he took her to a cabin and molested her,” a senior police official said.
The girl narrated the incident to her mother when she returned.
The mother raised an alarm and locals gathered at the spot.
They caught Ram Avtar and thrashed him before handing him over to police
