Hyderabad: TRS MP from Nizamabad K Kavitha today informed the Lok Sabha that the Telangana State was working in coordination with the Centre on Food Security Scheme.
The TRS leader urged the Centre to give 100 per cent reimbursement on goods transfer to the State. While the State was bearing 17 paise for transfer of one kilogram goods, the Centre was sharing only 40 per cent, she said. This should be increased to 100 per cent, Kavith urged the Centre. The scheme was being implemented in the State to full extent, she told the Lok Sabha. Kavitha said as part of TDS computerization, the State has completed the task of 100 per cent Aadhar linkage and the scheme was in full swing. (NSS)
