Mr. Gopal, President of GHMC Employees’ Union alleged that some irregularities are being done in the transport section of Municipal Corporation. He leveled charges agasint the incharge of IBT at Darushifa for operating high-tech machine and said that heis committing irregularities.
He pointed out that for garbage disposal, he is using the machine for 18 hours instead of 4.5 hours and thereby causing loss to corporation by claiming overtime. He requested the Commissioner GHMC to issue instructions to vigilance and Enforcement Department to investigate the matter and to punish the officials who are found guilty.
