– Organizing Committee/ Board/ General Meetings and responding to queries of Board of Directors

– Constitution of mandatory committees of Board and timely
compliance in accordance with their Terms of References

– Preparation of Board Policies, their implementation and disclosure onwebsite of the Company

– Compliance of Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement related to disclosure in Annual Report

– Drafting Notice, Resolutions, Agenda, Minutes, Directors Report,
Corporate Governance Report
