People were left stranded at railway stations in New Delhi as train services got disrupted due to dense fog on Monday.
In Kanpur, harsh weather conditions adversely affected commuters as several trains got delayed.
Earlier on Sunday, the Kashmir valley received snowfall due to which the weather in northern regions of the country, including Delhi and Uttar Pradesh has been affected.
