Eldest son of revolutionary poet and communist leader late Makhdoom Mohiuddin, Mr. Nusrath Mohiuddin passed away yesterday afternoon after a massive heart attack.
Mr. Nusrath Mohiuddin was one of the Urdu lovers from the Deccan. He used to be on the forefronts of the movements for Urdu on account of his association with Anjuman-e-Taraqui-e-Urdu, progressive writers Association, INSAF organization, an outfit of CPI. He was the member of State CPI and the General Secretary of INSAF organization.
As the convenor of Urdu Action Committee he had campaigned for Urdu by arranging a long march to AP Assembly.
Nusrath Mohiuddin was one of the devoted leaders who had devoted his lives for the cause of Urdu. His funeral prayer will be offered at Shahi Masjid of Public Garden and he would be buried in the graveyard of Masjid Yaseen Jung at Dabeerpura.
