Review Committee to review cases of suspension of IAS, IPS and IFS officers working in the State as mandated under rule 3 (8) (c), of All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1969, has been constituted with Chief Secretary as Chairman; seniormost Special Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary (Political) as Members; Director General of Police; Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Co-opted Member.
Functions of the Review Committee and the procedure to be followed by it while reviewing cases of suspension of All India Services officers working in the Government of Telangana, is as prescribed in Schedule annexed to All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1969. (NSS)
