New Delhi: Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Saturday said that the government has set up a committee of experts to give guidelines on strategic partnership.
“We have set up a committee of experts in various fields who will give us guidelines of selecting a strategic partnership. The six areas already identified would be worked on,” said Parrikar.
The Defence Minister’s remark came a day after India and Pakistan decided to resolve sensitive issues like ceasefire violations and infiltration along the border by quickly getting in touch with each other over email and mobile, besides agreeing on some new CBMs during their bilateral DG-level talks in New Delhi.
