Popular Tollywood comedian Venu Madhav on Tuesday lodged a complaint in Kushaiguda Police Station against one Telugu news channel and two social media websites which telecasted and posted the news respectively saying that he was dead.
It may be recalled that showing over enthusiasm, the media was putting out false news against the celebrities these days. Recently, a section of the media published news saying that Tamil comedian Senthil was dead. The shocked comedian had given a video explanation condemning the report and saying that he was alive. Just after two days of this incident, Venu Madhav faced similar experience.
Responding on the report, Venu Madhav approached the Police stating that he experienced mental agony due to the news and asked the police to initiate action against the persons responsible for the false report. (NSS)
