Washington D.C., Sept 25 : Columbus Short will not serve jail time for punching a man at a restaurant, but has been sentenced to community service and probation.
According to E!Online, the 33-year-old has been sentenced to three years probation, 60 days of community service and has been ordered to attend and complete 26 anger management classes.
The actor is accused of punching a man and causing serious injury during an altercation outside of a West Hollywood restaurant in March last year.
Lately, the `Scandal` star has been going through a lot lately as he got to know that he would not be continuing as Gladiator on the show and his wife has filed for divorce. (ANI)
