Iqbal Academy of Hyderabad is organizing a colloquium on Dr. Iqbal at 7 p.m. today at Gulshan-e-Khaleel, Masab Tank on the occasion of his death anniversary. Dr. Iqbal had died on 21st April 1938.
Mr. Mohammed Abdur Raheem Quraishi, President of Tameer-e-Millath will preside over the colloquium. Mr. Utsav Chatterji (Kolkatta) will speak on “Intellect and heart”, Mr. Mohammed Lakha-ul-Haq on “Don’t be vexed up with the East and do not evade the West”, Mr. Ziauddin Nayyar on “The Modern meaningfulness of Iqbal’s thought”. Mr. Syed Imtiyazuddin, Secretary of Iqbal Academy will render Iqbal’s poems.
