AP Minister Achannaidu today criticised the move of Telangana government to collect Transport Tax from vehicles coming from Andhra.
Speaking to media here on Wednesday, the AP minister said Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao was working in a provocative manner. It was unfortunate the TRS government took a decision to collect transport tax from vehicles coming from Andhra side.
The Minister said the AP Reorganization Bill clearly stated that transport tax should not be collected till 2015 and imposing transport tax on the vehicle belonging to Andhra is not proper, Achannaidu said.
KCR is holding a responsible post of chief minister and the alleged move of TRS government is unwarranted, he added. (NSS)
