New Delhi: It was a cold and cloudy Sunday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 11.5 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season’s average, the weather office said.
“The day will be cloudy and there are chances of light rains and thunderstorm,” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
Rainfall of 9.6 mm was recorded on Saturday.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 20 degrees Celsius.
At 8.30 a.m., the humidity was recorded at 98 per cent while visibility was at 1,200 metres.
Saturday’s maximum and minimum temperature was recorded at 24.1 degrees Celsius and 13.0 degrees Celsius, respectively.
