Cognizant is hiring Team Manager -General Ledger process in Hyderabad on 25th May & 26th May 2016
Education: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / Inter CA / Inter CMA Qualified.
Experience: 10-12 Years in General Ledger (R2R & Intercompany)
Skills Required:
Good Client interaction and team management
End to end knowledge of R2R process
End to end knowledge of General Ledger process
Hands on experience on FA Accounting and Account Reconciliation
Experience in handling monthly/quarterly & year end close activities
Experience in working on ERP systems (SAP)
Ability to understand customer expectations and deliver accordingly
Hands on experience on Journal Entries
Hands on experience on Ledger Entries
Exposure on Intercompany accounting and recons
Experience in working on ERP systems (SAP)
Good working knowledge in MS office especially MS excel and Visio
Experience in preparing SOPs and exposure to tools such as Visio
Logical thinking and Query resolution
Good written and oral communication
Logical thinking and Query resolution
Experience in preparing SOPs and exposure to tools such as Visio
Willing to work in any shifts based on the business needs
Added advantage of transition experience or remote transition experience
