CM to witness PSLV launch at Sriharikota

Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy will witness the PSLV launch at Sriharikota on February 25.

According to a CMO release, the Chief Minister will reach the Chennai Airport from Hyderabad by regular flight at 11 am on Monday and reach Sriharikota in Nellore District by helicopter at 11.40 am. He will reach Bhaskara Guest House, Sriharikota at 11.50 am and after brief stay will reach the SDSC helipad at 1.05 pm and receive the President of India Pranab Mukherjee.

He will reach Satish Dhawan Space Centre and visit the launch site at the Space Centre at 1.30 pm. Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy will arrive at Bhaskara Guest House at 2.10 pm. He will then reach the function venue at 5.20 pm and witness the launch of Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C20) from 5.30 to 7 pm. He will reach the Bhaskara Guest House and will have night halt there. On Tuesday, the Chief Minister will reach Tirupati by helicopter at 11.35 am from Sriharikota and reach Padmavathi Guest House at 11.50 am. He will reach the Renigunta Airport at 2.20 pm and return to Hyderabad by regular flight and arrive at the Camp residence at 4 pm. (INN)
