Roads & Buildings Minister Tummala Nageshwara Rao has informed that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao would soon visit the Khammam district to review the status of various developmental programmes.
Addressing a meeting here on Sunday after admitting leaders from different parties into the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, Tummala said that the Chief Minister would conduct an extensive tour of Khammam district. He assured the party workers that KCR was quite serious about the development of Khammam district. He advised them to stay in touch with the people and ensure that government programmes, especially the pension scheme, are implemented without any glitches. (INN)
