CM Trying To Suppress The Telangana Movement: Kadiyam

TRS leader Kadiyam Sri Hari has alleged that the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy was trying to suppress the Telangana movement, by resorting to precautionary arrests, ahead of the planned ‘Chalo Assembly’ on June 14.
Talking to the media at the party office in Hanumakonda on Wednesday, he said if the Chief Minister thought that he could suppress the desires of the people of Telangana through repressive measures, he would be taught a befitting lesson. He expressed anger charging the Chief Minister of implementing black laws in the state.
Referring to the claims of Congress and TDP that they were for Telangana, he questioned why were these parties then not coming forward to adopt Telangana resolution in the Assembly. He has asserted that whether or not the government gave permission, the Chalo Assembly programme would be a big success. He advised the government to sanction permission for the programme to avoid unnecessary tension.
He has assured that they would take care that the programme would be totally peaceful.(NSS)
