On account of flood, State Govt. officials in the districts are busy in rehabilitation work. In view of this C.M. of A.P. Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy rescheduled third phase of his Rachabanda program to start on 11th November instead of 5th November. All the district collectors have been sent the revised tour program of the C.M.
