Hyderabad (Telengana): Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for winning the assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.
The chief minister sent a message to the prime minister in this regard.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stood victorious in the Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections with 44 seats, while the Congress acquired 20 in total 68 constituencies, while for the 182-member Gujarat Assembly, it claimed a clear majority of 99 seats.
Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani secured a comfortable win from Rajkot West seat by 1,31,586 votes, which is the largest constituency in the Saurashtra region. (ANI)
