Hyderabad: Telangana Assembly will get a deputy speaker followed by a notification on Saturday. Former excise minister Padma Rao is likely face of the TRS as its supremo decided according to information. The legislature will select the deputy speaker on Feb 25 on the last day of the budget session. It is learnt that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has finalised the name of Padma Rao Goud for this post. Speaker is to hold an election for the post on Monday.
