Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today expressed grief at the demise of former minister Manik Rao. In a communiqué the chief minister conveyed sympathies to the bereaved family members. He directed the officials to conduct the final rites with complete state honors.

He said that, Rao, was the senior legislator and worked as Minister in the cabinets of P.V. Narasimha Rao, Jalagam Vengal Rao & Dr. M. Channa Reddy.
He conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the members of bereaved and prayed the Almighty to give eternal peace to the noble soul. (NSS)
