Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to convene a review meeting in connection with the welfare schemes of SC, SC BC and minorities. KCR is said to have directed the concerned department to be ready with the details, facts and figures. Chief minister has kept all portfolios regarding SC ST, BC and minority welfare with himself, so that it will be convenient for him to implement election promises made by TRS regarding welfare of weaker sections.
Speaking to Commissioner Minority Welfare Shaikh Mohammed Iqbal (IPS) principal secretary has requested to send details regarding schemes and performance of minority institutions.
