Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy has described Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao as labour-friendly.
Participating in Telangana Building Construction Workers’ meeting held at Telangana Bhavan here on Sunday, Nayani said the Telangana government would stand by the workers. He assured the workers of providing better living standards. He reminded that the Telangana government had provided Rs 5 lakh accident insurance to drivers, workers and journalists. Alleging that labor was denied justice during the previous Congress government, the Home Minister said the TRS government was examining the possibility of providing ESI facility to the Building Construction Workers.
