Mr. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, CM of A.P. visited Vidyut Soudha to inspect solar energy unit. He had made an announcement in A.P. Legislative Council that very soon, solar energy units would be set up on Govt. buildings. Electricity officials briefed him that with the help of these units 250 units of electricity is being generated. It will fulfill the entire needs of Vidyut Soudha. Energy produced during holidays would be transferred to power grid which would be used for future needs.
Present on this occasion were Mr. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Minister for housing, Mr. M. Sahu, Principal Secretary of Energy, Mr. Heeralal Samaria M.D. of A.P. Transco, Mr. K. Vijay Ananad, M.D. of A.P. Genco and others.
