Hyderabad: Government of Telangana is going to celebrate ‘Minority Welfare Day’ on November 11, on the occasion of the 128th birth anniversary of first Education Minister of Govt. of India. On the occasion, a grand function will be organised by Minority Welfare Department on November 11, at 3 pm, at Nizam College Ground.
Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao will be the chief guest and will inaugurate the function. Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali will also attend the programme. Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister of Telangana, Kadiam Sri Hari will preside over the function.
Public representatives, religious scholars, noted personalities and representatives of voluntary organisation will attend the programme. Students of Telangana Minorities Residential Schools will display their performance and present cultural programmes.
