Peddapally MP G. Vivek on Sunday dubbed Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy and DGP Dinesh Reddy as co-conspirators for trying to sabotage process of Telangana State formation and fuelling the Samaikyandhra agitation in the Seemandhra region.
Speaking to the media here, the MP asked the Kiran Kumar Reddy government as to why it failed to give permission for peace rally of Telangana protagonists in the city while it gave the same to the “Save Andhra Pradesh” meeting organised by the APNGOs in LB Stadium in Hyderabad on September 7.
He also questioned the Seemandhra leaders as to how they could justify the APNGOs meeting as a proof of United Andhra Pradesh when the employees from 13 Seemandhra districts alone participated in the meeting. Lashing out at the Chief Minister for discriminating against the people of Telangana, Vivek said the people of Telangana region were also Telugus. How can the police give permission for Seemandhra employees to hold a meeting while the same was denied to the Telanganaites, he asked. (NSS)
