Hyderabad, October 28: The schedule has changed for chief minister Dr. K Rosaiah to see off State Hajj aspirants from Hajj house. Now Dr. Rosaiah will bid farewell the intending pilgrims on October 29 instead of October 28.
It should be noted that October 28 was fixed initially however it was changed following objection by minority leaders of congress because most of the intending pilgrims setting off on that date belonged to Karnataka and they say that seeing them off by chief minister would hurt the sentiments of intending pilgrims of Andhra Pradesh.
Chief Minister’s office obtained the details regarding this and after consulting the chief minister scheduled the programme on October 29. It has been told that chief minister will bid farewell to the pilgrims’ batch at 9:30 in the morning whose flight is on 12:40.
