C.M. is authorized to take all decisions-Displeased Ministers should resigned-A.Ram Narayan Reddy’s statement

Finance Minister, Mr. A.Ram Narayan Reddy told that all the ministers should respect the decisions taken by the C.M. In the case of disagreement, they can resign because only those ministers have the right to continue in the cabinet who honour the decisions of the C.M. without targeting any specific minister, he warned the displeased minister to refrain from leveling charges against the C.M. He also said that depending upon the situation, the C.M. should have the discretion to take spontaneous decisions. It is the duty of the ministers to implement the decision taken by the C.M. If there is any lacuna in the scheme or the program, it could be pointed out in order to rectify the mistakes but it is inappropriate to make statements against the C.M. Mr. Reddy met the C.M. yesterday and discuss the campaign against the C.M. C.M. told Mr. Reddy that the news that some reports have been send against him to the Congress High Command is not true.

The Finance Minister told the C.M. that Dr. Y.S Rajasekhara Reddy used to take all the decisions by himself. No Minister opposed him. Many a time, Dr. YSR used to inform the ministers after taking decisions. Mr. Ram Narayan Reddy advised the C.M. not to give any importance to the remarks made by the displeased ministers against him.

Later, talking to Newsmen, Mr. Ram Narayan Reddy told Newsmen that C.M. is our leader and only those ministers will continue to be in the cabinet who honour his decisions. All those minister who are displeased with the decisions of the C.M. may resign from the cabinet. It is also said that another senior minister, Mr. Dharmana Prasada Rao also supported the C.M. Mr. Rao met the C.M. after holding the review meeting with the officials of the Department of Roads and Buildings. He talked to the C.M. for about an hour. Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha M.P., Mr. V.Hanumanth Rao also met the C.M. and advised him to take all the Minister with him. After meeting the C.M. the press reporters wanted Mr. Hanumanth Rao to express his opinion, but Mr. Hanumanth Rao went away immediately in a hurried manner without expressing his views.
