Chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy assured Hafiz Peer Shabbir Ahmed MLC and president state Jamiatul Ulama to soon convene a meeting of public representatives of minorities on minority issues. Hafiz Peer Shabbir Ahmed called on chief minister on Tuesday at camp office. He complained about non implementation of schemes despite rise in minority budget. He proposed chief minister to convene a meeting of MPs, MLAs and MLCs belonging to minority community and seek proposals regarding minority issues. He claimed that since no top level meeting has been held for long, officials are showing carelessness in implementation of the schemes.
Chief Minister assured that he will soon convene a meeting of public representatives of minorities in this regard.
