Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao announced to open a rose garden at a prime spot in the city named after Late Nawab Shah Alam Khan. Chief Minister visited the residence of Mr. Mahboob Aalam Khan and condoled the death of Nawab Shah Aalam Khan. He recognized Nawab’s longlasting services for the city of Hyderabad, especially in the field of education and literature.
CM told that Shah Alam Khan was the iconic personality of Hyderabadi culture. He also mentioned the role of Nawab Shah Aalam Khan in conducting the annual rose exhibition in Hyderabad. He said a rose garden will be opened in a prime spot of Hyderabad and will be named after Nawab Shah Aalam Khan.
Present on the occasion were Mr. Quadir Aalam Khan, Ahmed Aalam Khan, Mohammed Aalam Khan, Mustafa Aalam Khan and others. CM was accompanied by Mayor Hyderabad and Deputy Mayor.
He directed the authorities to identify suitable land for the rose garden.
