AICC Secretary in-charge of State Party Affairs K B Krishna Murthy has said that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy alone has to take a decision on the resignation of Roads and Buildings Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Tuesday, Krishna Murthy said the Party high command cannot interfere with the Dharmana’s resignation issue. He said that he has no personal opinion on Dharmana resignation issue.
Responding to a question, Krishna Murthy asserted that there would not be any change in Chief Minister post. He said that there was a need to fill the nominated posts at this juncture. There was also a need to cleanse the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), District Congress Committees (DCCs) executive committees immediately. (NSS)
