New Delhi: It was a pleasant and cloudy Tuesday morning here, however, the day was expected to get hotter, weather office said.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 27.7 degree Celsius, one notch above the season’s average while the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 35 degree Celsius, an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
“The sky would remain generally cloudy but there are no chances of rain,” said the official.
According to the weather office, the humidity at 8.30 a.m was recorded at 81 per cent and the rainfall in the past 24 hours was nil.
Monday’s maximum temperature was recorded at 35.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was 27 degrees Celsius.
