Washington, May 10 (ANI): The man who abducted and raped three women in his Cleveland home for roughly a decade admitted in a suicide note that he had an ”insatiable appetite” for collecting victims to sexually torture. Ariel Castro, who made his first court appearance, had written in the 2004 letter he did not know why he kept looking for another woman.
In the letter written after the abduction of his daughter”s friend, Gina DeJesus, he wrote that he was a sexual predator and needed help. According to the New York Post, Castro, who is accused of repeatedly raping the women and, on five occasions, beating one until she miscarried, was held on eight million dollars bond at a brief appearance before a Cleveland judge. He said in the note that he was surprised by how young the then-14-year-old DeJesus really was. The former school-bus driver, who is broke, also wrote about killing himself and giving his money to the victims. Castro has been charged with rape and kidnapping, but prosecutors announced that they would seek aggravated-murder charges for the forced abortions. Prosecutors also plan to charge Castro with every criminal act recounted by the women, which could number in the thousands, the report added. (ANI)
