The maximum temperature during the day is likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is likely to hover around 27 degrees Celsius, the weather office said.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 78 per cent, an official of the Indian Meteorological Department said.
The maximum temperature on Wednesday settled at 35.9 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season’s average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 25.2 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average.
