New Delhi: It was a clear Monday morning here in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 8.8 degrees Celsius, the season’s average so far.
“There are slight chances of shallow fog in some parts of the city in the morning,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The visibility, unlike recent foggy days, remained 2,000 meters in the morning.
According to the weather office, the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 26 degrees Celsius and the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 80 per cent.
Sunday’s maximum temperature settled at 26.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 8.4 degrees Celsius, two degrees above the season’s average.
