Kanpur, December 24: A student of class 12th allegedly ended his life by consuming poison, police said today.
According to a police spokesman, 18-years-old Vinod had consumed poison yesterday evening and was lying unconscious.
His parents came to know about it late in the evening.
The child was admitted to a hospital, where he died this afternoon, police said adding that the body was sent for post-mortem and investigations were on.
