Ghaziabad, April 12: Two persons were arrested by Sahibabad police on Saturday after the family members of a Class XI girl alleged the two had sexually abused and prepared MMS clips of their daughter last year and were blackmailing her for money, police said.
Ashok Chaudhary (35), a businessman who lives in Faridabad, and his friend Nikhil Mudgal (32), a resident of Shahdra in Delhi, were booked under sections 376 (rape), 328 (causing hurt by means of poison) and 292 (possession of obscene material) of IPC.
The girl is a student of a reputed public school in Ghaziabad and one of her family members lodged the case on Saturday, police said. The victim’s family refused to speak with mediapersons. Senior Superintendent of Police Raghubir Lal said the girl used to frequent Chaudhary’s house because she was taking tuitions from his wife.
“On September 6, 2009, the two accused made her drink tea added with an intoxicating substance and raped her in their Shalimar Garden house. Then they prepared an MMS clip of the entire act and demanded money from her,” Lal said. “They threatened to reveal the clips and continuously demanded money from the victim. Her father is a contractor.”
The victim’s complaint also mentions Chaudhary’s wife as one of the accused. Lal, however, said her involvement was not established yet.
