A Class 10 student was allegedly raped by four men in east Delhi, after attracting her with a pizza. After allegedly raping her they threatened her of serious results if she told anyone about this incident.
The main accused who is the victim’s house owner’s son offered to buy a pizza for the girl and took her to a room where three of his friends, who were in a drunken state, also joined them.
The four accused stay in East Vinod Nagar, while the victim stays in a shanty in Kalyan Vaas, Kalyanpuri.
She narrated the incident when her mother returned from work, following which they both went to the police station. A case was booked under relevant sections of POCSO (Prevention of Children from Sexual offences) and IPC.
The accused, including the 28-year-old son of the house owner, were arrested on the same day, police said.
