CJ declares open three CBI courts at Nampally

The High Court Chief Justice, Mr Justice Madan B. Lokur, on Monday inaugurated three special courts for CBI cases in the Gagan Vihar Building Complex at Nampally.

The Department of Law and Courts had constructed the court buildings at a cost of Rs 70 crores. The three special courts, including the Nampally CBI Special Judge’s Court, will be disposing of the CBI cases.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Justice Lokur said that the Department of Law and Courts constructed court buildings at Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam in conformity with the guidelines of the Supreme Court. These courts are aimed at disposing of corruption cases expeditiously, he added. (NSS)
