Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy has said a comprehensive plan would be taken up to solve the traffic problems in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and Cyberabad in co-ordination with GHMC and Police.
Declaring open the Rs 25-crore Lakdi-ka-pul Road-over-Bridge, the Chief Minister said several schemes, including Rs 14,132-crore Hyderabad Metro Rail Project, Rs 6,700-crore Outer Ring Road Project, widening of Roads, construction of flyovers were being taken up to ease the traffic problems.
The Chief Minister also congratulated the Anti-Corruption Bureau officials for their good work and advised them to speed up their works for better implementation and good governance of Government welfare and development schemes.
ACB Director General of Police Prasada Rao made a power point presentation on their structural organization. He said 15 Ranges were working with dedication.
Ministers J. Geetha Reddy, Kanna Lakshminarayana, Kasu Krishna Reddy, Kondru Murali, Union Minister Survey Satyannarayana, Secunderabad MP Anjan Kumar Yadav, several MLAs, MLCs, Mayor, Deputy Mayor and senior officials were present.(NSS)
