Hyderabad, June 11: Hyderabad Municipal Corporation had decided to complete the work of digging and repair of roads ahead of monsoons so that vehicle riders and pedestrians may not get into trouble in rainy season because of battered roads but the work could not be finished before monsoons as usual.
Even as the monsoon is active in the city, digging of roads is continued by various agencies up till now. The vehicle riders not only face hardships thanks to battered roads but also due to the trenches dug by various departments like AP Transco, Central discom, telecommunication and water board for laying of cables and repair works.
This way the city roads have become nothing short of death wells for the commuters.
