City Police alert in Hyderabad after attacks in France and Mali

Hyderabad: In view of the anticipated attacks of ISIS after it horrified France and Mali recently, Hyderabad City Police has become alert after receiving instructions from Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. Police started large scale search in both the cities. Center warned the city police that the supporters of ISIS might disrupt the peaceful atmosphere of the city.

 

Sources indicated that police searched at 5 zones including City Center, Big Bazar and important public places. Under the stewardship of DCP West Zone, Mr. A. Venkateshwara Rao, City Police searched shopping malls and instructed the security staff to be alert. Police also blocked various important places in the city and searched suspected persons including persons travelling in cars and riding motorcycles.

 

Police sources indicated that IB issued alert instructions in which the danger of the anticipated attacks of ISIS were mentioned. City police sources indicated that police is keeping vigil strictly on the alleged supporters of ISIS and suspected youths. Police claimed that elaborate arrangements have been made.
