Businessmen’s faces too glow up as they earn a profit umpteen times higher than in normal days. The market is flooded with eatables such as juices, dry fruits, dates and also with dresses, perfumes etc. The businessmen of Begum bazaar are importing succulent dates from Iran, Iraq, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and UAE.
Businessmen of Madina Market, Patherghatti, Abids and other areas are stockpiling variety of dresses in their shops to cater to the ever-changing demand of their customers. Stock of latest fashionable dresses has been brought from Mumbai, Delhi, Jabalpur, Ahmedabad, Surat etc. Hoteliers are also busy erecting the mud ovens for preparation of ‘haleem’, the most sought after dish in Ramadan.
Religious fervour too has gone up several notches. Mosques in the twin cities are gearing up to receive the extra streams of worshippers. Mosques across the city are being whitewashed and given a facelift.
The beggars from various places inside and outside the state, have started arriving in Hyderabad as the city residents are also famous for their philanthropic and generous nature.
