Chennai, August 09: To increase security, CISF has nearly doubled its strength at Chennai airport, officials said today.
The strength has been increased from 456 to 800, top CISF officials said on condition of anonymity.
This will help in taking effective security measures, besides allowing CISF guards to work for stipulated eight hours, they said.
