The launch of the 15 new dishes created in association with Chef Saransh Goila are in line with the brands endeavor to offer an extraordinary culinary experience to movie goers.
Cinépolis’ endeavor to constantly push the boundaries of providing an ultra-lux experience to its patrons is further fostered by the ultimate gastronome extravaganza, the new menu promises. The expansive menu is a well-curated blend of consumer favourites with a twist that present new categories and revamp the existing menu for foodies.
Some of the Chef special dishes include – Paneer Tikka Salad, Malai Seekh Bun Roll, Aloo Tikki Roll, Masala Coke, Mac n Cheese, Chocolate Desserts and a selection of chocolate desserts. With focus on fresh and handpicked ingredients, designing of serves for easy consumption in cinemas and strikingly gorgeous plating – the patrons can experiment with flavors from a delectable menu.

The introduction of new dishes has been an elaborate exercise, which included a thorough analysis of the previous menu, understanding consumer preferences, multiple iterations with new recipes and intensive Pan-India training of the Cinépolis F&B personnel in the precise preparation of the dishes, all done directly by Chef Saransh.

Chef Saransh Goila, shared his enthusiasm at the launch of the handcrafted menu and said, “After the successful launch of the new menu curated for Cinepolis Pan India earlier this year, we collaborated once again to add freshness to the menu. We have added 15 mouth-watering dishes to the existing menu, some of which are my favourites as well, including the stellar combination of Masala Coke and Malai Seekh Bun Roll. The menu showcases our ambition to create appetizing dishes and we hope that the movie-goers enjoy their meal as much as we enjoyed creating it.”

About Chef Saransh Goila
At 32, Saransh Goila is an inspiration to all the aspiring chefs of India and a maverick in his own right. Saransh is an acclaimed TV chef, author, entrepreneur and restaurateur. He is the founder of Goila Butter Chicken, the only brand from India that made it on to the legendary food show MasterChef Australia as Chef Saransh appeared on the show as a guest Judge.
He is also registered in the Limca book of records for the longest road journey by a chef, where he traveled 20,000kms of India by road to explore and deep dive into Indian cuisine. Chef Saransh is erudite about Indian cuisine and is also called Sadak chef as he loves to take inspiration from street food.
