CID DSP suspended for being absent on duty for 20 days

Telangana Director General of Police Anurag Sharma on Monday issued orders suspending P. Subba Rayudu, Deputy Superintendant of Police, Regional Office, CID, Cyberabad from duties.

He has been suspended allegedly due to his irresponsible behaviour and reprehensible conduct by absenting himself without leave or permission for the last 20 days and by not being available over phone to discuss about important High Court matters. “He was placed under suspension in public interest. He shall be continued to be under suspension until the conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings relating to the charges,” said a press release from the DGP’s office.

Subbarayudu has been directed to remain stationed in Hyderabad and not leave the Headquarters without obtaining prior permission of the Chief Office. (INN)
