Hyderabad, September 14: The famous Chowmahalla Palace of Hyderabad has got international recognition.
The unique architectural wonder was on Monday recognized by the UNESCO as one of the heritage structures.
This was disclosed by the Chowmahalla Palace Trust director, Mr G Kishan Rao, to the media here on Monday.
The Place complex, built by the erstwhile Nizams of Hyderabad was the seat of Asaf Jahi dynasty and was the official residence of Nizams.
The complex comprises four palaces in Mughal and European styles, of which the main palace is double-storeyed with the others being single-storeyed blocks.
