Chiru urges to withdraw cases against students

Hyderabad, December 12: President Praja Rajyam Chiranjeevi alleged that state government had badly failed in helping out the farmers suffered from flood and rain. Talking to media following the adjournment of the assembly session Chiranjeevi charged the government with adopting irresponsible attitude towards the problems of the farmers.

He announced that he would visit Khammam district to assess the problems of the farmers. Chiranjeevi asserted that it was the state government not the nature who was responsible for the problems faced by the farmers because of recent rain.

He was of the opinion that government should soon take a decision over withdrawal of cases filed against students during Telangana and United Andhra agitation.
