Chief Manager Human Resources
Key Responsibility Areas: * Supervised core HR Generalist profile including Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, & MIS for the complete group * Directing critical HR programs encompassing benefits/compensation, staffing, Organizational Development, employee relations, and labour law compliance * Resolving employee grievances and performing tasks related to the investigation of cases related to sexual harassment, breach of code of conduct, physical assault at workplace, indiscipline, etc. * Analyzing the manpower requirement and performing recruitment planning accordingly * Performing all appraisal related tasks and planning the allocation of manpower resources to ensure smooth flow of business * Managing HR functions pertaining to campus recruitment, lateral recruitments, recruitments of probationary officers events and new hire orientation for all locations * Handling end to end performance management system that includes goal-setting, self appraisal, and normalization * Analyzing attrition trends and performing manpower gap analysis Highlights: * Managing employee relations for 1100 employees across 130 branches; developed an interactive HR policy and created forums for facilitating interactions that led to a reduction in employee grievances.
